This Agreement covers any sale of products through the website "morehome.gr" of the company under the name "PIPERIDOU ASPASIA".

By using our site, you agree to the following terms, which you should read carefully:

You are free to use morehome.gr in accordance with law and morality.

The responsibility for the contents of the transactions lies solely with you. Morehome.gr does not perform any kind of correction or interference with the data you transfer.

 You must correctly fill in the fields in the on-line contact form.

The use of morehome.gr is subject to Greek and international laws and you agree not to use our site in order to violate these laws.

 All members, affiliates, employees, management and other partners of morehome.gr are not responsible for anything that arises from third parties using their site morehome.gr.

Any user who enters and uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent and accepts unconditionally the terms set out in this text without any exception.

If a user does not agree with the terms, he must abstain from using the e-shop and from each transaction with it.

Sending your order implies acceptance of this agreement and all terms. 

Obligations of the customer

You are responsible for selecting a product and its suitability for your purposes, as well as for telephone and mail costs for communicating with morehome.gr, if any.

Electronic Purchases & Orders

Orders must be received in writing via internet or by mail or by telephone by filling out and sending the order form. They are only binding if they have been accepted by morehome.gr with a relevant update of the order status that you will receive with the order confirmation, which is recorded in the systems of morehome.gr, is displayed on the user's screen and is sent by e- mail after submitting your order.

You must check the order confirmation and immediately notify morehome.gr (at the latest within 24 hours of receipt of the electronic notice) in writing by e-mail or by phone for any errors. Otherwise, the items listed in the order confirmation will be applied to this contract.

Before sending the order form, you should know that the listed prices of the products that are printed on the pages of the site, include the shipping costs from Denmark to Athens and do not include the legal VAT. (for the Greek market) on the other hand does not include the shipping costs (for the Cypriot market), as well as that the various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted. The confirmation of the order is made by deposit in advance (30% of the value of the order) and only then we proceed to the commitment of the products. No change or cancellation of the order is accepted after its confirmation.

Morehome.gr is not responsible for and is not liable for any errors in features, photos and product prices posted on morehome.gr and can not ensure that there will be no errors of any cause when importing and / or updating the characteristics and / or the price of a product. 

The order is sent to the customer's headquarters free of charge if it is located within the Athens apartment. If the customer's registered office is outside Athens, the delivery is made to the transport company that the customer will indicate to us free of charge. The costs of the transfer from Athens to the customer's headquarters are borne by him.

Cases of force majeure

Morehome.gr is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to instances that can not be attributed to fault of morehome.gr or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of the time for execution . Indicative examples include strikes, extreme weather events, terrorist acts, war, supplier problems, transportation, production, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than two months, this contract may be terminated by any party without compensation.

All contents of the site (including texts, graphics, images, photographs and software) are the intellectual property of morehome.gr and are protected by Greek and international law. Any copying, reproduction and retransmission of the material is prohibited without the written permission of the company. 

Privacy

Your personal data you provide us is used by us exclusively to process your order or to answer your question. We consider the requests you make and the emails you send in private. We will not pass on these content except to the recipient directly concerned and to the law if requested.

Morehome.gr does not sell, rent or otherwise grant personal data submitted by its clients to third parties.

However, if you give us a false email address or try to get someone else's position when you send information online, all information - as well as the IP address - will be part of any research. 

Secure Transactions

Morehome.gr has taken all the necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security. All information, related to user's personal information, is kept confidential.

The site morehome.gr uses SSL, 128-bit encryption (the most powerful today) for secure online trading. This encrypts all your personal information so that they can not be read or changed when they are transferred to the Internet.

SSL technology is based on a keycode for encrypting data before it is sent via SSL connection. The security check between the data and the Server is based on the unique key code ensuring full communication. Browsers support the SSL protocol and are suggested to use them to link to morehome.gr.

Morehome.gr reserves the right to not include a person in the list of recipients or to delete them from them.
